NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2011 entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002491-NC of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on January 25, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 50, Block 1, NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE COUNTRY CLUB UNIT ONE, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 32, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property.
**Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
