ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-17, is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN S. BEIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN S. BEIS N/K/A BARBARA BEIS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 01/18/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
