NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-054062, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. fannie mae (“federal national mortgage association” is Plaintiff and gerald brice; linda brice; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; john doe and jane doe as unknown tenants in possession; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 1, block 63, unit 9, section 13, lying north of state road no. 82, township 45 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 15, page 99, of the public records of lee county, florida.
