NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed June 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-cA-055216 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc, successor by merger to abn amro mortgage group, inc, is Plaintiff, and toni richardson, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 21 and 22, block 1767, cape coral unit 45, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 21, page(S) 122 through 134, inclusive, in the public records of lee county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
