NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-064162 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, is the Plaintiff and Robert Valenti, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, Tenant #1 n/k/a Adam Richie, Tenant #2 n/k/a Tina Marshall, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 11 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
