NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 9, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-67034 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of February 1, 2007 Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables, LLC Trust 2007-NC2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-NC2, is the Plaintiff and Richard J. Johnston a/k/a Richard Johnston, Ramona G. Johnston a/k/a Ramona Johnston, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 11 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
