lot 81, magnolia lakes, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 83, pages 17 through 22, public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 13470 LITTLE GEM CIRCLE, FORT MYERS, FL 33913; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on July 11, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
