SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is a Plaintiff and KYLE JOHN COSKY, MELINDA MORRISON COSKY A/K/A MELINDA MONAHAN, HIGHLAND WOODS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GB HOME EQUITY, LLC, THE VILLAS OF HIGHLAND WOODS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendants.
