Alternative Loan Trust 2006-39CB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-39CB, Plaintiff and Julio Estrada and Esther Estrada are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00A.M. AT www.Lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, November 14, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 209, SHERWOOD AT THE CROSSROADS, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
