NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed June 13, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2010-CA-055317, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein hsbc bank usa, n.a., as indenture trustee for the registered noteholders of renaissance home equity loan trust 2005-4, renaissance home equity loan asset-backed notes, series 2005-4 is Plaintiff, and randall g. billups; unknown spouse of randall g. billups; unknown tenant #1 as to 5811 casablanca court, fort meyers, fl 33919; unknown tenant #2 as to 5811 casablanca court, fort meyers, fl 33919; unknown tenant #1 as to 5813 casablanca court, fort meyers, fl 33919; unknown tenant #2 as to 5813 casablanca court, fort meyers, fl 33919; all other unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under, and against a named defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether same unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, are Defendants.
