NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure filed June 9, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-ca-052859 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Cape Coral, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 11 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
lots 31 and 32, block 4237, unit 60, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 19, pages 154 through 169, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
