NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 14, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 10-ca-059626 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Bonita Springs, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 14 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit m-102, building m. sawgrass point at pelican landing. a condominium according to the declaration of condominium thereof as recorded in official record book 2293, page 27, and as amended of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
