lot 2, block a, colonnade at the forum, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 79, pages 72 through 83, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 3185 antica st, fort myers, fl 33905; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on July 18, 2011.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
