NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 14 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-ca-055208, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein gmac mortgage, llc is the Plaintiff and charlotte s. pierce, as personal representative of the estate of tracy lee pierce, deceased; pine grove homeowners association, inc.; unknown heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees and all others who may claim an interst in the estate of tracy lee pierce, deceased; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 14 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

commencing at a found steel pin with cap no. 2469 marking on the southeast corner of lot 2, as shown on the plat of los concord, unit 1, a subdivision recorded in plat book 30, pages 100 and 101, of the public records of lee county, florida, thence s 89Ëš00'58” w,along the northerly right-of-way of brantley road (130 feet wide) for 660.00 feet to a found concrete monument stamped ink engineering marking the southeast corner of pinegrove townhouses, phase ii, (unrecorded); thence n 01Ëš16'00” w, along the east line of said phase ii for 676.83 feet; thence n 88Ëš26'02” w, for 99.13 feet to the corner common to units 1 and 4, building “l” and the point of beginning; thence n 01Ëš33'58” e for 36.77 feet; thence s 88Ëš37'13” e for 40.70 feet; thence s 01Ëš22'47” w for 36.90 feet; thence n 88Ëš26'02 w for 40.82 feet to the point of beginning.
