Notice is given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 21st day of August, 2009, in Civil Action No. 09-CA-50392, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which US Bank National Association, As Trustee For Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC2, is the Plaintiff and Benjamin C. Martin and Mandi Martin A/K/A Mandi L. Martin, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 8th day of July, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 190, of SHERWOOD AT THE CROSSROADS, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 4, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
