NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed June 13, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-054038 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2007-1, Mortgage-Backed Notes and Grantor Trust Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Daniel Isaac Douer are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 707, GREEN TEE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2007000011614, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
