NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure sale filed May 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-064448 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 28 day of July, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 26 UNIT 7, WILLOW LAKE ADDITION 1, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 155 THROUGH 162 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
