NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-019313 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Nathan Meyer, Wendy Meyer, The Grove at Parker Lakes Neighborhood Homeowners Association, Inc, United States of America, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 24, BLOCK D, THE GROVE AT PARKER LAKES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 16 THROUGH 27, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
