NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 15 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-053214, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and DAVID K NOACK A/K/A DAVID KLAUSS NOACK, WINDSOR WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC, ELIZABETE REGINA BRAGA NOACK A/K/A ELIZABETE REGINA BRAGA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID K NOACK A/K/A DAVID KLAUSS NOACK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 15 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A3A, WINDSOR WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1360, PAGE 2211 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
