THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 2866, KELLY GREENS MANOR CONDOMINIUM VI, AND THE UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT DESCRIBED AS PARKING SPACE NO. 2866, SAD STORAGE LOCKER NO. 2866, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF KELLY GREENS MANOR CONDOMINIUM VI, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2175, PAGE 1501, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
