NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 17, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010CA054567 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein branch banking and trust company (bb&t), the Plaintiff, and keith bainbridge; morlee a. bainbridge; bay colony gateway, inc.; branch banking and trust company; pelican preserve community association, inc.; trieste at pelican preserve property owners association, inc.; unknown tenant (S) in possession, are defendants.
The Clerk of the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on 18 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
