NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reschedule foreclosure sale filed June 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-058950 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein bank of america, national association as successor by merger to lasalle bank na as trustee for wamu mortgage pass-through certificates series 2007-oa6trust, is Plaintiff, and samuel t. pink, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 5, block 94, unit 9, lehigh acres, section 01, township 44 south, ranger 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 15, page 58, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
