Terzo a/k/a Thomas Terzo and Linda J. Terzo a/k/a Linda Terzo, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 39, portofino at sun city center ft. myers, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 69, page 84 through 85, public records of lee county, florida.
