NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 17, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-051996 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-1, Plaintiff and Diane O. Rivera and Gustavo A. Rivera, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
condominium unit no. 3, of cape homes one condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as under clerk's file no. 2006000163943, of the public records of lee county, florida, together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of the said condominium.
