Receivables, LLC Trust 2006-OP1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OP1, Plaintiff and Michelle Denise Barker a/k/a Michelle Denise Chmielewski a/k/a Michelle D. Barker a/k/a Michelle D. Chmielewski and Robert J. Chmielewski, III a/k/a Robert Chmielewski are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
