NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 14 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-ca-058786, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein aurora loan services, llc is the Plaintiff and felix delgado a/k/a felix o delgado, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated as nominee for integrity home funding, llc and unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 9, block 84, unit 18, section 32, township 44 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, florida, according to the map or plat on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in plat book 12, page 53, public records of lee county, Florida.
