YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, Branch Banking and Trust Company, inc., a North Carolina banking corporation, as successor to Colonial Bank by asset acquisition from the FDIC as Receiver for Colonial Bank, an Alabama state banking corporation, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
Tract 6, D75 COMMERCE CENTER, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 76, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to L. Geoffrey Young, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
