NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-055187 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Lehigh Acres, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 7th day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 20, Block 4, Unit 1, Lehigh Acres, Section 28, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 252, Page 466, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
