NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-002782 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas formerly known as Banker's Trust Company, as Custodian for Morgan Stanley ST TR I 2007-I, Plaintiff and Jayson B. Kulisich and Megan S. Kulisich, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on July 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK C, RIVER LANDINGS BLUFFS, PHASE II, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 147 THROUGH 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
