NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 9th day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002229, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PAUL PETRELLA, JR INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PAUL PETRELLA SR, DECEASED; THE FOURTH BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PAUL PETRELLA, SR., DECEASED; CONSTANCE NEMEC; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 14th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT 7, BUILDING āGā, THE FOURTH BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 24, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 586, PAGE 115, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 46 AND 47 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
