AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2006-HE6 is Plaintiff and CHARLES PADILLA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
