Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-003570 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and , JAMES PERKINS; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION INC; LAKE VISTA RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANDERSON, RICHARD; and PERKINS, ELIZABETH are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20TH day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
unit b-202, phase ii, lake vista residences, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 2154, page 216, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in coNdominium book 35, page 173, of the public records of manatee county, florida. Together with parking space number b-34, phase ii, and storage space number b-20, phase ii, each as a limited common element appurtenant to the above referenced condominium unit.
