Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 412009 CA 004076 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL is the Plaintiff and , GREYHAWK LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PATRICK RANDALL; MICHELLE RANDALL; JOHN DOE; FIRST BANK FKA COAST BANK OF FLORIDA; and JANE DOE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 16TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, UNIT E OF GREYHAWK LANDING, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 162 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
