Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No: 2008-CA-003027, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE5, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are IVAN JOSEPH; MARIE M. JOSEPH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 12, 2011 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 47 of COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, PHASE 7A, 7B 7C, 7D & 7E, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 92, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
