Commence at a 4” x 4” concrete monument being the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, Township 26, South, Range 18 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence North 89º 32' 58” West along the South line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 24 for 477.49 feet to a point on the existing Easterly right-of-way line of State Road 45 (U.S. Highway 41); thence North 11º 01' 40” East along said Easterly right-of-way line 372.32 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along said Easterly right-of-way line North 11º 01' 40” East for 350.06 feet; thence South 89º 36' 13” East for 27.47 feet; thence South 11º 01' 40” West for 350.08 feet; thence North 89º 32' 58” West for 27.47 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
