NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 6th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-008232-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR MARM 2006-OA2 is Plaintiff and MELINDA K. JACKSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELINDA K. JACKSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SWAN VIEW TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST CROSSING MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 8, SWAN VIEW TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 40-44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
