LOT 181, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 46 THROUGH 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
