MARTINEZ; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT,; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOANNE L. RIEDEL; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; et al.,are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. SHORE, III, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at website of www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set for in said Order or Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK H, OF HEATHER GLEN, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
