NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 20, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-007625-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Scott W. Mawhir and Angela S. Mawhir a/k/a Angela Mawhir, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on November 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 233, EAGLE CREST AT SABLE RIDGE PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 31 AND 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
