NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 08 CA 005633 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and GREGG MARSHALLA AND ____ MARSHALL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGG MARSHALL, IF MARRIED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLEY AS NOMINEE FOR INTERNATIONAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION ASSOCIATION D/B/A INTERNATIONAL MORTGAGE, A CALIFORINIA CORPORATION; RIVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are Defendants

LOT 4168, OF RIVER CLUB SOUTH, SUBPHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, AT PAGES 85 THROUGH 98, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
