REGISTER, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205 at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, of the Manatee County Judicial center in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, at 11:00 a.m., on July 22, 2011, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 1, Block B, SPANISH POINT, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 17 through 22, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
