NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of June 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 002718, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-HL1 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HL1 is the Plaintiff and WANDA GORDON; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WANDA GORDON; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of July 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, LAMP POST PLACE, PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 114 THROUGH 117, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
