NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-002539-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. QUARTO, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against MICHAEL J. QUARTO; LARA PHINNEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. QUARTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARA PHINNEY; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; CONNERTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; ALWAYS GREEN, INC., a Florida corporation; WESLEY CHAPEL S.C. COMPANY, LTD., a Florida limited partnership; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 11, CONNERTON VILLAGE ONE PARCEL 103, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 118 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
