Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 8, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 18, IN BLOCK 13, OF DEL RIO ESTATES, UNIT #3, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT, BEGIN AT THE SOUTHERMOST CORNER OF ABOVE MENTIONED LOT 18, RUN THENCE NORTH 15 DEGREES 23' 00” EAST, 70.11 FEET TO THE NORTHERLYMOST CORNER OF LOT 14,BLOCK 13, THENCE WITH THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN LOTS 14 AND 18, SOUTH 0 DEGREES 05' 55” WEST 40 FEET TO AN ANGLE POINT, IN SAID DIVIDING LINE. CONTINUE THENCE WITH SAID DIVIDING LINE SOUTH 33 DEGREES 53' 00” WEST 33.24 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 7103 BONITO ST , TAMPA, FL 33617; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 21, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
