Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 10, 2011 Civil Case No.:29-2008-CA-023674, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, CHARLES MICHAEL AKA CHARLES M. HILL; BANK OF AMERICA, N. A.; WHISPERING OAKS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida on July 22, 2011 @ 2 pm the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT E, BUILDING 68, WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DELARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16059, PAGE 616, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
