LEE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL LEE A/K/A SAMUEL D. LEE; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 27 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 54.00 FEET OF THE EAST 182.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH132.00 FEET OF LOT 2, CRAFT'S SUBDIVIISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1341, PAGE 854; FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
