NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-7752 DIV J UCN: 292008CA007752XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- 12 is Plaintiff and TODD M. SILVIA; LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 27 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 9810 BUILDING 34, OF LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTICTIONS EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 14750, PAGES 34 THROUGH 162 AND MODIFIED IN O.R. 14481, PAGES 1968 THROUGH 1970, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND TO INCLUDE THAT CERTAIN GARAGE UNIT MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS 34-G2.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
