Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 15 day of June, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3 the Plaintiff, and MOHAMMAD ISTAITIEH A/K/A MOHAMMAD ISTAITIEH, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough Florida, described as:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK C OP HEATHER LAKES UNIT XXII, PHASE A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 201/202, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 02:00 PM. on 27 day of July, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
