ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA17 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA17, Plaintiff, and, OVIEDO, CARLOS F., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2:00 PM, on the 21st day of July, 2011, the following described property:
UNIT 2222, OF THE PRESERVE AT TEMPLE TERRACE CONDOMINIUN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16546, PAGE1686, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
