NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of June, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-009314 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein TERRACE OAKS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and NAZMI BACELLIU and GRETA BACELLIU, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 2:00 PM, on the 13th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 2, Block J, TERRACE OAKS TOWNHOMES, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 72, Pages(s) 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
